------------------------------------------------------------[/center]
EYE COLOUR: green
HEIGHT: 6’0’’
WEIGHT: 190lbs
BODY TYPE: Athletic/Muscular
DISTINGUISHING FEATURES: His hair, which is always kept unkept and rather long, which is much to the chagrin of his parents.
Also, his smile is rather a telling feature of his. One can always tell what Chris has been up to by the type of smile he gives. It is one of his most distinguishing traits.
PERSONAL STYLE: Like his father, Chris can be considered to be quite handsome. His tall, athletic figure is easily maintained through his quidditch and sports orientated background. Though unlike his father, his look has a bit of an edge to it. Not satisfied with being that son of a jock, Chris has more of a bad boy edge. His hair is almost always unkept and longer than his mother would like. It is never able to sit neatly on top of his head no matter what is done to it (though he will admit he rarely tries to tame the beast). Still, it falls with a shameless style over his green eyes.
Despite his laisse faire attitude towards his hair, he still is able to maintain a state of casual elegance about him. His light green eyes have a mysterious air about them that no one can hope to read. With his skin able to have the darkened glow of summer far into the winter months, he can look a bit out of shorts in the harsh English winters.
Chris’ style is a bit laid back, usually a shirt that falls slightly tigher over his muscular arms, and some loose fitting jeans. He has a problem with the dress code as his tie is usually left undone or his shirt untucked out of pure laziness. He somehow manages to look the best when he tries the least; a talent he has perfected over his seventeen years. He likes to call his style “slacker chiche.” Though he maintains he never puts much effort into what he wears and how he looks he manages to pull off a style that speaks volumes. He looks sharp even if it is not what he intended.

-Parties
-Alcohol
-Running
-Quidditch
-Skipping Class
-Adrenaline Rushes
-The lovely ladies
-Card games
-Causing a ruckus
-Food of any kind
CHARACTER DISLIKES:
-The general concept of school
-Early mornings
-Quidditch (love-hate relationship)
-Detention (despite the fact that he spends large amounts of time in it, detention has yet to grow on him)
- Over-achieving
- Rules and restrictions
- Overbearing parents
- Having a set schedule
- Being injured
-Being told he’s a role model for his brother (what a load of BS!)
GOALS:
-To shock his entire family and still manage to graduate Hogwarts
-To be his own man, regardless of his career, and still have his father’s respect
It would shock anyone who knew him to find out that Chris Wood actually had long term goals. He keeps them close to the chest and would not even tell his own brother about them. He finds them to be a little bit lame and over done so he doesn't want to bore anyone with his own sob story.
BOGGART: To be just like his father
Chris and his father Oliver have had a tenuous relationship over the years. He has grown to resent the man that has essentially given him everything but love. He doesn't want to be the job like his father is and he fears that is is the only path that is laid out for him to follow.
PATRONUS: Eagle & Winning the National title with a local summer club team when he was fifteen. His father was away on business and couldn’t make the game so he was left to celebrate with his team mates and brother in total and complete bliss.
DEMENTOR: Wow, he’s got to pick just one?
-The summer when he was 13 after making the U13 national team he got booted off for drinking on the premises. The team went on to lose to Bulgaria in the end of summer tournament and his father never forgave him. It got to a point where Chris was going to walk out and he still believes to this day that his father would have helped with a nice shove out the door.
AMORENTIA:
-Vanilla
-Freshly cut grass
-Those fruity sprays the girls always seem to wear
BASIC PERSONALITY: Chris is a rather complex individual. He can’t just be read like a simple book and he will by no means make it easier for you. He will say exactly what is on his mind without thinking of the consequences of his actions. This outspoken man of seventeen does not easily let someone in. He is a hard one to figure out, though most people don’t have a problem pin pointing exactly who they think he is.
“Jock/Anti-Jock”
So initially this is where things get a bit fuzzy. Chris grew up in a highly competitive and athletic family. His parents both played for Gryffindor when they were in school, as well his father played professionally. It is kind of expected of him to follow the line. Chris loves the attention and adrenaline a sport such as quidditch gives him but at the same time hates the sporting atmosphere. He has a love-hate relationship with quidditch and this dichotomy of the jock/anti jock seems to be a daily struggle for the young man.
“Sarcastic”
Chris’ humour can only be taken one of two ways. You either get it or you don’t. He tends to be quite sarcastic in almost all instances and sometimes it gets the better of him. Though the few who know him well say it is only a defensive mechanism, he still uses it with the upmost ease and poise. He has no problem taking a shot at something odd or unusual.
"Impulsive" Chris doesn’t think twice about anything. Sometimes once is too much for him. He does whatever he feels like doing no matter the consequence. He is unafraid to try new things on a whim, which sometimes makes the things he does a little too dangerous for the average person. He wears certain emotions on his sleeves and takes his impulses as an indication of how he really feels about people.
“Partier”
Chris is one who is always down for a party. He loves to have fun and drink no matter the occasion. Though his extensive partying ways may have an effect on his grades, he is set out to either have a good time or drink away his worries. He likes to make friends with a lot of different crowds, making his party options mcuh more fruitful.
“Reckless”
Frankly, he does not give a damn about much. He very much lives in the moment. This is simple, Chris likes danger. He likes the adrenaline pumping through him and the rush he feels when he beats the odds. He is not docile in any way.
“Loyal”
Despite his many flaws, Chris has it engrained in him to be loyal to the few he holds close. While he knows many people and runs in a few different circles at school, he does not have many people he would tell his life story to. He can sometimes be a bit of a loner but when those few friends need him he’ll always be around, no matter how late he may be.

BIOGRAPHY: Christopher Oliver Wood is the first of two sons to Oliver and Katie Wood. From an early age Chris was involved with Quidditch. He probably learned to fly before he could walk. His father was a professional Quidditch player which made growing up an interesting experience for the young boy. It seemed that Quidditch came before anything in the Wood household, including school, eating, chores, and even what Chris believed to be love. He remembered moving around a lot and spending most of his time at the pitch where his father played. When his younger brother came along it was much more of the same, although, Chris saw that his younger brother was treated a lot differently than he ever was. His brother was eager to attain the praises of his parents and worked extremely hard to improve, Chris on the other hand, mulled around and did what he pleased only to get scrutinized by his father.
Unlike his brother, Chris had to try a lot harder to attain some of the talent his brother showed naturally. The constant comparisons between the two brothers lead Chris to hate the quidditch atmosphere before he even started at Hogwarts.
Chris was a bit of a rebellious child. He always got into trouble for pulling dangerous attention grabbing stunts. These cries for attention were never taken for what they really were and thus were pushed aside by his parents. His father wanted both his boys to one day become professional quidditch players, but Chris, secretly, had other plans---or perhaps lack thereof. He didn’t exactly know what the future held for him but he didn’t want to limit himself to one thing that probably was beyond his reach.
In the eyes of Chris’ parents, his younger brother excelled in everything he touched, while Chris merely seemed to mess things up. He was his brother’s opposite opposite; never following the rule, sneaking out late at night, and scoring low grades on exams once he got to Hogwarts. This bad boy attitude was seen by his parents as a phase. Sooner rather than later, Chris began to tune his father’s incessant criticism out and rebelled with much more dangerous activities than had been the case when he was younger. Being the kind of son to Oliver as Chris was in comparison to his brother left much to be desired.
Chris was ecstatic to reach Hogwarts and be free of his parents’ prying eyes. He made his house’s Quidditch team with what looked like ease. He even tried to play up how easy things were for him, trying once again to emulate what his father had achieved so to ease the tension at home. Chris felt like dropping Quidditch all together on numerous occasions but for some reason or another he was never able to pull the trigger. Somewhere deep down he loved the game and couldn’t just give it up no matter the circumstance.
He didn’t care for the rules too much as well. Owls were sent home on occasion and it only seemed to progress as the years went on. When his brother made it to Hogwarts he saw the legend Chris was becoming. Chris never liked to think of himself as a role model to his young brother and usually took him under his wing and exposed him to things that he really shouldn’t have. Now in his seventh year, without the supervision of his parents, Chris has free reign to do as he pleases. Whether it will be a good or bad thing has yet to be seen. It will, however, be one interesting year.

Blah, blah, blah...
How was it possible that no matter how hard he tried, Chris Davies couldn’t understand a word his old professor was saying? The seventh year’s mouth hung slightly open as he sprawled across his desk almost half a sleep in the back of the room. His eyes were glazed over and unfocused as they wandered towards the far window in the room. He wasn’t even going to make an attempt to look like he was paying attention and the professor, begrudgingly, accepted that fact. It was against all odds that Chris was even in class at that moment. He had maintained that going to class was a danger to everyone’s health seeing as it was such a rare sight that his elderly professor might die of shock. But did anyone listen to Chris at times as dire as this? No, they didn’t.
It wasn’t as if Chris had come to class by his own free will. Chris hadn’t willingly gone to class since first year when his brother had searched the halls and forced him into the classroom. He had been walking, half asleep and hung over towards the prefect’s bathroom where he had planned a soak in the monstrous tub, which was of course against the rules, when he was spotted by a nosey professor with a short temper. Not only did the bloody git make Chris change into his uniforms, he personally escorted him to his morning History of Magic class.
Blah, blah, blah...
Was this guy even speaking English? No wonder Chris made it a habit not to go to class. This one was nearly killing him. His eyes grew heavier and heavier with each passing second. He had little to no sleep, he was hung over, and he had to sit through a monotoned ghost going on and on about...wait, what was he talking about again?
This was torture! Was it even legal? Ok, Chris was truly losing his mind. He looked at the clock...only 50 more minutes to go...WHAT? That had to be wrong! That was it! Chris’ chair squeaked as he pushed back from his desk. Professor Bins didn’t seem to notice the noise and continued lecturing. Chris stood up, yawned, and scratched the back of his head before strolling nonchalantly out the door.
Once was enough for him and he was never going to go back. His eyes still lay heavy as he turned a corner. He threw his quill at a passing third year and kept walking, ready to get as far away from class as possible. He soon came to the old suspension bridge where he leaned back against the side railing and let out a sigh. His brain hurt from all the almost learning he had to do. He didn’t expect anyone was going to be coming around to bother him, which was odd considering the number of people who were in that History of Magic class... there was no way they all were there willingly. It was yet another one of the many mysteries of Hogwarts. He shook his head feeling the need for another drink to forget the pain he had just experienced.
