DISTINGUISHING FEATURES: gabrielle's most distinguishing feature is her eyes. they are a brilliant blue that stand out against her very pale skin. they are her most evident feature of being 1/4 veela. she also has the most beautiful blonde hair that extends to the middle of her back. it naturally waves, and whenver she takes the time to style it, it only looks more beautiful and flowing. the most distinguishing features about gabrielle are definitely the parts of her that are evidently veela--her eyes, hair, and skin.
PERSONAL STYLE: gabrielle has always been a very stylish dresser. she loathes her hogwart’s robes and claims they are shapeless and make just about anyone look poorly. therefore, whenever she gets the chance, she is seen in anything other than her robes. growing up in a rather wealthy family, she always was given the best clothes she could ask for. she always had an eye for the latest fashions. she is normally seen in comfortable clothing around the castle, simply because of the setting. however, whenever she is given the opportunity, she’ll jump on the chance to get dressed up and look her best. perhaps it is the veela blood in her that makes her want to look so nice all of the time. she knows how to look her absolute best and play that charm to her best advantage. gabrielle loves to wear anything that accentuates her best features. she loves colors that make her eyes pop. in general, she’s usually seen in clothing that is flashy, shiny, and very fashionable. she won’t normally just wear jeans and a tee shirt. also, she loves to accessorize her clothing, so she’s never seen without a wrist of bangles, a long necklace, or magnificent earrings dangling around her face. gabrielle is, in general, a very fashionable young woman.

GOALS: gabrielle's main goal is to be successful in life. particularly, she wants to become a healer. generally, gabrielle aspires to provide for herself and help others.
BOGGART: in general, gabrielle's greatest fear is simply to fail. fail in school, fail in her future career, fail in life. she's terrified that she isn't going to live up to her own, incredibly large expectations of how her life is supposed to turn out.
PATRONUS: gabrielle's patronus is a peacock. her best memory is from when she was eleven years old and was just getting ready to leave for hogwarts. she had spent the day with her grandfather and he told her the story of her grandmother, and how she looked so much like her, even if she only had one-fourth veela blood. they had a fantastic day, and gabrielle would never forget the bond that was forged between her and her grandfather that day before she left for hogwarts the first time.
DEMENTOR: when she was seven years old, she was playing outside with a cousin who was a bit older when dusk crept upon them. the cousin, being wicked, left her outside in the woods as the sun began to set. being young, she panicked and ran through the forest screaming her lungs out. she had been convinced she was lost for good, and she would never see her family again. oh, and that she was going to be eaten by a big, bad wolf. her parents eventually found her, but to this day, she is terrified of being outdoors whenever night falls.

BASIC PERSONALITY: gabrielle fits into her house incredibly well, without many discrepancies. to quickly sum her up, she’s intelligent, loyal, hard-working, determined, a bookworm, and very, very charming thanks to being one-fourth veela. she has her fair share of strengths and flaws, but she is generally well liked and accepted by most. she isn’t the most popular girl, by far. she’s perfectly happy having her few good friends and simply being herself.
gabrielle is very smart. she was graced with natural intelligence. she doesn’t have to work very hard to achieve the good marks she gets. when it comes to her magical abilities, she is rather talented. this all simply comes naturally to gabrielle. with that intelligence comes a bit of wit. whenever she speaks, it is normally in a witty tone. there is hardly a time when she isn’t speaking in some sort of riddle. only those that are closest to her truly understand her crazy language and the way she speaks and acts. gabrielle works incredibly hard for her marks, as well. even though she is naturally intelligent, she will spends hours on her schoolwork and studying. she tends to obsess over her marks, which could be seen as a good or bad things. she always makes sure everything is done on time. she doesn’t procrastinate, and she certainly disapproves of people cheating or slacking off with their work. gabrielle loves to pleasure read, as well. if she isn’t seen studying or doing homework, she’ll be seen with her nose in a book. she loves to lose herself in a great story for hours at a time. and when she isn’t reading, she’s spending time with her good friends. gabrielle, once you’ve gained her trust, is a wonderful friend. she is loyal and caring. she isn’t going to tell anyone your secrets, and she most certainly isn’t going to stab you in the back. you’ll have her ultimate friendship and loyalty for life. however, it isn’t the easiest to get in and earn her trust. gabrielle tends to be very down to earth and easygoing. she doesn’t really fuss over anything. she stays out of petty drama. she hates the groups of girls that spend all of their time fighting and flipping out over nothing. she enjoys the simple things, and she’s very good-natured and happy most of the time.
one of gabrielle’s biggest faults is that she tends to judge people before even giving them a chance. she hates the people that are arrogant, cocky, and have the world’s largest egos. they bother her more than anything. however, she tends to immediately group people into categories she doesn’t like before she knows them. once she’s settled on a certain stereotype for someone, she won’t change her mind. she tends to be stubborn and very hard to move in her ways. if you cross her or her best friends, she’ll hold a grudge forever and ever. once she’s made up her mind about you, it may be hard to get her to change it back. gabrielle also has quite a temper, most likely due to being one quarter veela. if you get her angry, which is somewhat hard to do, she can be rather nasty. nobody wants to see her when she’s in one of her moods. she has learned to keep it in check and she’ll sneak off to the library or somewhere else remote for hours, because she knows it’s uncontrollable and she doesn’t want to offend someone she loves. basically, she can be rather fiery whenever you do something to make her mad, which is a rather difficult task in the first place. gabrielle isn’t the most trusting individual. she’s too smart to simply let alone get close to her. one must earn their way into her good graces and become one of her close friends.
gabrielle doesn’t believe in love. she doesn’t tell people that, but she knows that she doesn’t. because she is part veela, she has a natural charm about her. it isn’t easy for her to flirt with men, or to make them drool over her. it isn’t something that she enjoys, since she feels that most guys are just a waste of time, but she cannot help it. she naturally flirts and leads guys on to think that she may like them, but she probably doesn’t. it isn’t that she is a tease. she would never sleep around, or do anything along those lines. however, she makes some guys think she is interested in them, when she isn’t. it just comes with the natural flirty personality and the charm that makes guys follow her around. gabrielle feels that love is make believe, and only something that she reads about in her novels. and to be honest, she feels that she doesn’t have time for a man and that he will only hold her back from achieving her dreams and going far in her career.
in general, gabrielle is a very good-natured, easy going girl. she’s very intelligent and witty. she holds a flirty charm to her, partly from being one-fourth veela. she is the most loyal friend someone could ask for, but it takes some time to gain her trust. she is a huge bookworm, and will spend hours obsessing over her schoolwork. she isn’t typically angry, but once someone does work her up, she has a feisty temper.

BIOGRAPHY: gerard blanc was a young man whenever he fell in love with a tempting vixen, who turned out being a veela. after the birth of the beautiful angeline, gerard raised his daughter as single father. he did well for himself, owning his own shop in diagon alley. angeline grew and married a young man named marcus, whom she fell madly in love with. they were married rather quickly, and soon, they welcomed their first child, gabrielle into the world. marcus helped his father-in-law with his shop, and angeline stayed at home with young gabrielle. it wasn’t long after that they had their second child, alexandria, which completed their family.
gabrielle grew up in a rather wealthy family. her grandfather had quite a bit of money, and it was often passed between her grandfather and her parents. from a young age, she was rather spoiled, especially by her grandfather. they were an incredibly tight knit family, but she always closest with her grandfather, who adored her greatly. she spent her young days playing at their home in the countryside, or going to work with her father and grandfather and always being underfoot and playing. having a sister that was only two years younger, she always had a playmate, as well as a few cousins on her father’s side. she was never starving for attention, since her parents and grandfather showered her in it constantly.
she knew she was magic, since she came from two magical families. however, she didn’t display any signs until the age of nine. one day, she was lying on her bed and she wanted to read a book. all of a sudden, the exact book she was thinking of came sailing across the room and landed directly in her lap. she had been incredibly happy, and things only got better from there. whenever she went off to hogwarts, she was sorted into ravenclaw, something that didn’t come as a surprise to her or her family. her grandfather and mother had both been in ravenclaw, and she knew she held the qualities that would make her one. throughout her schooling years, she did incredibly well. she was a natural when it came to magic. she found she had high expectations for herself once she was an adult and out in the real world.
she is now going into her seventh year at hogwarts. after school, she plans on possibly becoming a healer. if not, she plans on simply coming back to the school and teaching. unsure of her exact career decisions, she is hoping to make the most of her final year at the school.
